Same day, same instructor (Inma Serrano), same place (Cervantes theater), but this time in collage. You can see the market at Plaza de la Merced on the left.
Everyone should try this outdoors in Malaga, with all its windy grace :P

Non Euclidean drawing ...
Last week I spent a bunch of time trying different drawing techniques and ideas. This is one of them. During her workshop, Inma Serrano asked us to bend perspective and see what we got. I did this sketch at Cervantes theater:
Even though it looks pretty crazy, it wouldn't be too weird except if one gets to notice that it is actually a 360º. See how both ends fit below:

Enters Dorne!
So A Game of Thrones is back and here's comes the first glimpse at how G.R.R. Martin see us spaniards (and probably moroccan and turkish, and (south) italians too). Excellent HBO casting, as usual.

Abu Simbel

Drawing in a single stroke ...
... actually, without lifting the pen from the paper, which is way easier. I sketched this sometime ago, as suggested in Veronica Lawlor's One Drawing a Day. In my case, it was One Drawing that Day. I really need to become rich and quit my job or something :(
Anyway, this was in my cupboard, straight from Shanghai (and el Cairo, possibly)
