It's hard to believe that they held a fast horse race here twice a year. In the meantime, it's an awesome place to sit on the floor and watch the day go by...
Yup, so the spanish post service worked this once and I'm now the proud owner of a copy of DAI. For a change, I chose a male character this once (easy on the eyes, too). And I've even started my game journal already. I had a spare Stillman & Birn pocket gamma and I wanted to try my markers FXs for this one. I just hope the new one arrives before I leave for my next trip, or I'll be drawing in napkins this time ...
Time to give digital drawing another try. Avatar Korra, from the Legend of Korra. I liked more the Last Airbender, but it does not hurt that Korra is modeled after Gina Carano. Every hit looks more painful, right? :D
Today, for a change, some TV fanart. Anyone watching Fargo out there? I liked the movie, but it was kind of slow for my taste. The TV series, not so much :) Billy Bob Thornton, as the disturbing Malvo.
It's been quite some time since my first sketch of San Pietro at El Vaticano. I'd like to think I've improved ... Stillman & Birn Gamma pocket sketchbook and Cotman watercolors (above) and a 3 EUR pocketbook and black ballpen (below)
The Colosseum ... yet again. This time it was a pretty short visit to Rome (just a few hours to catch a plane) but I keep drawing it every time. Stillman & Birn Gamma pocket sketchbook and Cotman watercolors.
Not because it's my hometown or anything, but isn't Granada the prettiest? :) An afternoon with Urban Sketchers Granada Stillman & Birn gamma pocketbook, sepia and sanguine Pitt and Cotman watercolors
