Not that most large south-american cities are, either. Santiago, however, only has a few nice spots. The rest of the country is pretty amazing, though. Some old sketches I rescued from one of my books.
... is most likely San Pedro de Atacama (Chile), in the middle of the desert, around 4500 above sea level. Coffee shops and warm adobe pubs at freezing night temperatures.
This one goes to my One Niece, who wants to be like Katara ... and probably is quite a bit :) TRIA markers and heavily inspired in a Pushkin tale illustration.
Watercolors and markers. This is my fav screenshot in the whole Bleach series. I copied it from the TV and colored it later (I'm fast, but not shunpo-fast :D:D:D)
My fav village in Portugal is Sintra, 50 kms away from Lisbon. Not only it is a lovely, pretty place, but also full of castles, fortresses and other odd things like Quinta do Regaleira . It's been my 5th time there and my 1st visit to this place. Amazing!
A scene from A Storm of Swords, when Cat commands her son to eat and drink whatever the Freys offer him to secure guest rights to prevent murder attempts.
Thanks to my beloved air controllers and their surprise strikes, instead of Salzburg I ended up in Lisbon, after many hours driving and losing a good amount of money. We can only hope for karma ... or privatization.
A little fishing village in Granada that became this huge summer holiday place years ago. I've been spending most of my summers there since I was born.
I like Hellboy from the very beginning. I also like BPRD and all Mignola's art (I just wish he did less covers and more comicbooks) and I would really love to get Fegredo back for a saga. Superb series!
Back from the time when things happened in the X Men and you did not need a 30-issues multicolection saga every 3 months, I really liked the main line in Inferno. With Maddy Pryor going all evil on bland Scotty :D
I got new TRIA markers recently and, finally (hey Inma! I did it!), I managed to spare some time to try them. A japanese like sketch with Azula, from AtLA, came to my mind ...
On learning by imitation when your body won't respond :P :D Done with stick figures for the moment, for the sake of everyone! Next sketch will be better :D
But, hey, what are lousy mobile-cameras (crap in 1 million pixels!) for? :D Here is a drawing I've been doing for a DA friend. Color, finished version coming soon- Joffrey Baratheon about to use the catapults on those perky rebels ...
This one is dedicated to my cousin, who was a bit like this when we were kids. And, of course, I don't like to be touched :P Anyway, I think this pretty much says everyhing :D:D:D
