Uncharted 2: Extended Drake's journal (I)

I've decided to replay all Uncharted games to make the journals and I've started with Uncharted II because it's my favorite one. I know there are lots of replicas out there, but, as usual, I'll go for a full walkthrough. So, rules:

• I'll keep replicas of the journal pages in the game just as they are
• I'll introduce new pages on the go to cover the game story and walkthrough
