(Weird) adventures in Iceland

Believe it or not, this actually happened!

And here's proof of it!

Go, go black sheep (but not into the fence!!)

Green, green Iceland

Three spots for the adventurer and also for freaky fandom :)

This is the place where the High Council used to meet and where continents divide

The black waterfall, one of the most impressive ones in Iceland. It looks like the place where witches lived in the (unremarkable) Stardust movie! :)

And this is Snaefell mountail, where the SnaefellJokull is. Most of you might remember it as the entrance to the centre of earth in Verne's famous book.

Welcome to ... the Wall

This is a quick sketch of the Wall (of ice) from Song of Fire and Ice, where the Night Watch stands for the return of the Others. I made no lines nor anything, just used a dry brush from Photoshop to do this one.

A Song of Fire an Ice All Lannister Festival today!

I started with a quick sketch of my fav one, the Imp :)

Then, I moved to his beloved siblings, Cersei and Jaime:

At this point, I started to think about who these characters reminded me to, so I did a little casting call and got to this

And, naturally (not really if you have not read a Game of Thrones, but I'm not writing spoilers yet), I wondered what Joff would look like

Does someone look familiar to you in the last two sketches? :)

Crichton and Aeryn Sun

These are a couple of quite old watercolors of two of the main characters of Farscape, a scifi series that was not as popular as I would have expected. It had a bit of everything, including Henson's characters, but people did not seem to dig in. Nevertheless, it had enough support for 4 seasons and a closure film (the Peacekeeper Wars) Don't I wish that it had been the case with Firefly!

Adventures in the Outback

These are on-the go strips of my trip with a group of friends to Australia. Believe it or not, these things actually happened to us. Today, out in the Outback (and Alice Springs) :)
